1. If you're not satisfied, simply call us toll-free at (877) 559-4266 during our normal business hours. We will process your refund within 5 business days of receipt. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment.


2. Please note that we cannot refund money charged by third-party vendors for items such as domain names, web hosting, stock images or software packages.


3. Furthermore, since we're dedicating time and expense to your website development, our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by Cybernatural Interactive but not if you simply change your mind.
